Equine Property Specialist

Serving all of Central Ohio

Hi, I’m Pam Burkitt and I am your Barker Team Equine Property Specialist.

My unique experience as a realtor and horsewoman gives me the ability to ensure you
will find the perfect property in central Ohio that will fulfill all your equestrian needs.

Specializing in Equine Real Estate

I have been involved with horses since I climbed onto my first pony at four years of age. As a youth, I competed in 4-H horse events and open shows. As an adult, I continued to compete in many different disciplines, including team sorting and team penning, ranch horse shows, reining, western dressage, and barrel racing. I have also been involved in the harness racing industry as both an assistant trainer and a racing official.

I bring to the real estate world a working knowledge of the horse industry, which includes experience with breeding facilities, show venues, training barns and racing facilities.

Similar to the horses I have trained, I approach each real estate transaction objectively and am able to assess the strengths, weaknesses and potential of any given property.

As a buyer’s agent, I can present you not only the properties that are on multiple listing; but also properties that are not currently on the market.

Let Me Help You Find
Your Perfect Equine Property!

As a home sellers’ representative, I will accurately price your property, ensure maximum exposure by marketing to MLS and social networking sites, and ensure that selling your home will be a smooth process from start to finish.
